Does VirtualOffiCenters provide phone numbers or can I use an existing number that I have?
A toll free and local phone number is included in the basic package. We can also work with your existing phone numbers to forward into our system. We can help you work out the details.

Is there a set-up fee with VirtualOffiCenters?
There is a one time set up fee of $75. That fee plus one month's contract charges is all of the capital you will need to get started.

Can I be listed on the building directory?
With most of our plans, the answer is yes! You can be listed at your home location for a one time fee to create the directory strip. Your clients will find you with ease and you get the image you want.

What are the terms of the contract with Virtual OffiCenters?
All of the virtual office programs have a month to month term with a sixty day notice.

Is there any ability to upgrade to a full time office if I need one?
VirtualOffiCenters does have the ability to migrate your virtual office plan into a full time office if you should need 24/7 space. Total flexibility! That's what we sell. Check out our full time office plans at www.officenters.com.

We can have you up and running in no time. In less than 48 hours we can have numbers chosen, paperwork completed and your virtual office up and ready for you.

How does the scheduling work?
At VirtualOffiCenters, our office specialists use a web-based calendar to schedule your meeting rooms or the day office. Just give us a call and we will work with you to book a room at any of our locations.

What if I only want to rent a conference room for just one time?
That is possible. Day office time and conference room time at all of our locations are available for an hourly fee.

Can I really work from anywhere and it would be transparent to my clients?
