Park OffiCenter is located in the Park Place East building in St. Louis Park just minutes from downtown Minneapolis.
The building has just undergone major renovation of the lobby, elevators, fitness center and entrances. New plantings and bench seating are a part of the overall landscaping to create a real park feel. The pond and walking path add to the atmosphere that is uniquely created in the city setting.

This center is convenient to just about everything and we draw clients from all parts of the metro area. The addition of the West End Development has brought world class restaurants and entertainment into the area and it is walking distance to the office.
The area is booming with new restaurants and stores. Costco and Home Depot are across the street on the south side of the building along with numerous fast food restaurants and an Office Max. On the north side of the building are TGI Fridays, Subway, and a great Chinese Restaurant. Northwest Athletic Club is within walking distance. Nearby hotels include: Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Doubletree and Marriott TownePlace Suites.
