The International Plaza OffiCenter offers Class A space in a ten story glass structure makes this unique facility a favorite with clients. The building amenities include cafeteria, hair and nail salon, convenience store and undercover parking. The building features a barrel vaulted glass atrium lobby with rosewood and marble accents.
We can offer furnished offices complete with Herman Miller executive packages. A first-class conference/training room seating up to 15 people can be used by all Virtual OffiCenter clients.
We have some great offices available in our full floor suites. The floor plan affords some spacious situations where you could house a team of co-workers! This is great space and we would love to give you a tour!
The International Plaza OffiCenter has easy access to the Minneapolis International Airport as it shares the same exit as the airport terminals so it is just a minute away.
The International Plaza OffiCenter is located is just a few blocks from the Mall of America, numerous hotel and restaurants. The Hyatt Place is right next door to us. Access to the airport and the Mall of America is easy, via the Hiawatha Light Rail which is a block from the building. The Light Rail can take you to downtown Minneapolis in just 20 minutes!
